Flights booked for my first ski trip of the season – in Winterpark in Colorado, USA! It’s a little early in the season – I fly out on the 9th Dec – but Winterpark’s climate and altitude mean that there should be decent snow. There’s already a decent base there and a few lifts are running, so fingers crossed for lots of snow over the next few weeks.
Unfortunately the cheapest flights meant changing in Detroit on the way out, and Minneapolis on the way back, but for 8 days of skiing in Colorado’s powder I’d do far worse. Bring on the snow!
